When I first came to the United States at the age of 18, I spent the following years working hard to hone my skills as an auto mechanic. Finally, equipped with just a pickup truck and a toolbox, I started Miami Forklift Services and took an important step in my journey towards realizing the “American Dream.”
Alongside my sister, Nildy, we have since grown from “a guy in a truck” into Florida’s premier export, rental, and repair company for material handling equipment. I’m proud of the work we’ve accomplished, but the most rewarding thing for me is that we have gotten where we are today by always treating our customers with respect and by offering the absolute best customer service possible.
At Miami Forklift Services, we believe that everyone is connected. We always strive to treat our customers like our family, and we consistently make honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and reliable service our most important priority. As a result, our customers have not only grown to rely on us for quality equipment and services, but they have also found our expertise and excellent service to be true competitive advantages for them in their own businesses over the years.
